Can I obtain the Card for FREE ?

No, you can get the card from your personal page only after the reservation of an apartment with Apartments Barcelona Checkin.

How do I get the card?

Our clients, who have already done the booking before, can print out their Discount Card from 'My Booking' of our website.

How long does before I have it?

Just a few minutes.

What does it mean "the Card is personal"?

It means that the Coupons will have the owner´s name on it, and a Passport / ID may be asked when using it.

How many people can benefit from the Coupons?

The discounts are valid either for all members of the group of the reservation.

Is there an age limit for the Card?

Yes. Children under 18 can only benefit from the coupons when attending with an adult.

How long are the coupons valid for?

Basically the discounts are valid during the entire time of your staying, but it expires after one month.

Should I reserve the activity on the coupon?

It depends on the event. Anyway availability is not guaranteed. Every coupon shows reservation details in case they apply. Please read them carefully.
